In order to have a Spanish university degree recognised and validated in the Philippines, as this country is a signatory of the Haye agreement since May 2019, the diploma needs to be apostilled by the Spanish Ministry of Justice.
After this, the documents need to be translated into English through a certified translation. Finally, the applicant must apply for a validation of their studies through CHED (Commission on Higher Education) and follow the procedure that they require.
